Custom Metal Contracting and its field installation teams are growing. We are on the lookout for qualified field installers, superintendents, and foremen.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting for Jr. Field Superintendents to join our growing team with our Panel/ Cladding division. Ideally, this person is an energetic, forward-thinking individual with experience working within the construction industry specifically related to building envelope estimating for façade panels and cladding scopes.

What will you work on? 

  • Architectural Cladding projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Manage project budgets, including completion estimation and tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices on construction sites.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Architectural Cladding Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural cladding processes, materials, and construction techniques.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
  • Familiarity with relevant construction software and tools.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 4+ years of previous experience with architectural metals in a commercial/industrial setting as a foreman or superintendent.
