Eight One Hundred is a condominium building in the heart of Bellevue.

Originally designed to be honeycomb panels, the construction team changed the cladding package to a rainscreen ACM system. By integrating the Series 20 panel into the exterior of the building the subcontractor team was able to maximize their time on site and speed up their cladding installation.
