As Safety Manager, it is Romero’s priority to maintain and constantly improve CMC’s Safety Program to ensure Health and Safety Plans comply with industry standards and legislation. Romero keeps the workplace safe by protecting, training and supervising employees, educating employees on their rights under OHS, preventing injuries before they happen, and being part of the solution to ensure that workers have the right resources to perform their work safely.
