From start to finish, Brad has an incredible and innovative approach to engineering. He brings an exceptional level of experience and creativity into CMC’s processes and is a highly valued member of our leadership team. Learning from the practical reality of implementing our products in the real world, he has an eye for detail and a gift for mentoring the team he oversees.

Brad began his career in construction working on-site and in fabrication shops, working extensively with thermal insulation, fire-proofing, and metal panel installation. He has taken pride in the successful development of all of the building systems and innovations throughout his 35-year-long career. When he started with CMC in 1989, Brad elevated his career quite literally from the field up, moving into project coordination and management ultimately leading to his current role as CMC’s Operation Manager, which he’s held since 2012.

The exciting part of CMC is that we have never stopped growing in functionality and technology. From our early years of purchasing a CNC brake, to the latest development of a fully automated manufacturing centre, I am proud of how far we have come.

Today, Brad oversees the architectural panels division, including day-to-day operations and team management. In addition to cultivating a highly successful and talented team, he has helped with establishing our internal policies and formal procedures and was the Project Manager for CMC’s first Curtainwall Glazing project – which ended up being a 5.3 million dollar contract.

We are re-inventing the way to manufacture and install Architectural Metal Products.

Brad has worked hard to build CMC into the premier supplier of building envelope solutions, and with the addition of the Glazing Division, has ensured we are fully capable of providing a complete building package. The future of CMC, with Brad overseeing operations, is in our leadership of the entire supply chain.
