Metal Cladding and Panel Foreman Jobs in Calgary

Custom Metal Contracting (CMC) and its field installation teams are growing! We are on the lookout for qualified Field Installers, Superintendents, and Foremen to join our expanding team.

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting Foremen to join our Panel/Cladding division. Ideally, this person is an energetic, forward-thinking individual with experience working within the construction industry, specifically related to building envelope installation for façade panels and cladding scopes.

What will you work on? 

• Installing architectural cladding applications, composite aluminum panels, and various architectural wall panel systems
• Reading blueprints and ensure design specifications are being adhered to
• Working at heights while following safety protocols
• Installing sheet metal products according to specifications and building codes
• Providing training to junior or less experienced workers
• Managing a crew of 7 or more workers, depending on the project
• Working with project management applications including Procore, BIM, TouchPlan, and others

Who are we looking for?

• 1-5+ years of previous experience with architectural metals in a commercial/industrial setting.
• Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policy.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial façades installation.
